Come along to the POD today and join in with our Craft and Chatter group. Which will give you the chance to share and improve your crafting skills with a very creative group. The Craft and Chatter group takes place every Thursday afternoon from 1:30pm till 3:00pm.

At today’s Place of Welcome the Nechell’s residents were treated to a special well being sessions which was provided by Roland from Spring to Life, who gave them all a Bowen therapy treatment.
Today all POD users enjoyed our Well Being event, with activities such as hand massages, Indian head massages and Bowen therapy. This was an opportunity for the participants to unwind on a Friday, before the weekend.
On 1 December 20 FiNs (Friends in Nechells) visited the National War Memorial Arboretum at Alerwas. The day was cold, crisp and sunny.
