Library Visit

Today children from a local Nechells Primary School visited the POD to use the library. before their session with Adele the librarian, they performed a poem to POD staff the brilliant poem was ‘The Gruffalo’ themed.

Sheena’s Wedding Celebration

Today at lunch time POD staff went out to celebrate Sheena’s up and coming wedding. we had a great three course meal at College of Food, we all had beautiful food and the college offered an excellent service. We would like to say a huge congratulations to Sheena on her wedding.  

Well-being sessions

Positive Parenting Workshop at the POD

AFRUCA ran a fantastic Workshop here at the POD on Friday 20th October 2017. In the session they covered being positive, parenting tips and discussed Safeguarding techniques all the Nechells residents who took part found the information very useful and all enjoyed being a part of the workshop.
