Nechells POD have successfully been granted funding from the Ladywood Neighbourhood Network Scheme / Small Grants Emergency Assistance Food Programme. This has allowed us to provide emergency food supplies for families and local residents, during these hard times.
The programme was started at the beginning of February and will be available every Friday until the end of March. With food Provided by FareShare West Midlands we have distributed 20 – 30 food parcels each Friday to families and over 50s in the Nechells community.
