The FiNs who worked with students on the history of Nechells visited Heartlands Academy today for lunch. The group had a chance to meet the students again and find out how work on their new production of life in Nechells was progressing.
Mrs Hanson – Head of Music came to thank the FiNs for talking to the students, sharing so many of their memories and give the students so much information on the history of life in Nechells.
Everyone enjoyed a lovely fish and chip lunch and as it was Valentines Day the students had also taken the time to make the FiNs some delicious heart topped cup cakes. The Fins had a great time and are looking forward to coming back to the Academy to see the finished performance by the students.
