The FiNs are getting fitter thanks to their regular twice weekly workout with Marlon from Start Again CIC they are even giving weights and boxing a go now! Sessions cost £1 per person each and are held at the POD on Mondays 10-11am and Wednesdays 10.15-11.15am term time only, come and join the fun.
