POD Allotment prepares for big winter chill
Following the forcast for heavy snow and freezing temperatures starting this weekend, we took steps to protect the newly sprouting broad beans and prevent snow damage. We had a Blue Peter moment and used Plastic cups secured by opened paperclips, it worked very well – perhaps we could patent the idea!
