The POD staff with some ladies and children from the Nechells community took an adventurous day trip to Cannock Chase today. This wonderful experience was funded through Birmingham This Girl Can and was a fantastic opportunity to try something new. It was amazing fun with our guide Veronica from Swinnerton Cycles. She led us on mountain bikes around the muddy hills and trails of Cannock Chase in the morning sunshine. Everyone really enjoyed the bike ride and loved seeing the beautiful scenery. After lunch we enjoyed a short walk whilst the children played on the swings.
