Year 2 and year 3 pupils from St Joseph’s, Cromwell and St Clement’s descended on Cromwell School yesterday to take a trip around the world with a numeracy challenge in different countries. Captain Cube took passengers on the journey and was very well supported by year 9 students from Heartlands Academy. Everybody had a fun time taklng part in the various numeracy activities.
Here is what some of the teachers said: “A fabulous morning full of great learning for pupils and teachers.” ” A super day and great fun, the students from Heartlands were brilliant.” “It was a shame that all schools could not attend”
The pupils also enjoyed the day and commented: “I loved the measuring”, “I enjoyed all of the activities”, “Coming to another school was great”
