We had a fantastic day with the FiNs yesterday, the weather was good as we set of on our adventure. Traffic was heavy getting out of the City, but we were soon on our journey up North. Our first stop was at “The Windmill” part of the Crown Carvery Group for a brilliant two course lunch, which was delicious! The it was of to “Coronation Street the Tour”. We were luck enough to find a parking space for our mini bus almost outside the front gates. We were all issued with a backstage pass and introduce to out tour guide Bobby. Teresa immediately linked arms and said “I want to be Bobby’s girl” at which point all seventeen of us burst into song! This set the tone for a fantastic tour and we would all like to thank Bobby for his patience and humour as we toured the attraction. The visit brought back so many memories for us all and we all enjoyed a fantastic day out!
