Today Nechells POD treated 28 members of our community to a day out in star city. To begin the day Nechells POD staff took the families to Monster Mayhem with its indoor play area, where the children were able to run around and let off steam. After that, we all went to Pizza Hut for a buffet featuring all you can eat pizza, salad and ice cream. All of this was funded through the Safe Haven Project and has allowed some of our families who regularly attend activities at the POD to enjoy an amazing day out before the children return to school next week!
