The POD dolphin willow sculptures were trimmed and tidied today. Paul from Willowcraft turned our spikey hedgehogs back into beautiful shapely dolphins ready for this years growing season. They look much better after their trim and tidy up, they almost look ready to swim away!
The second of the Healthy Lifestyle sessions took place today. The group enjoyed learning about relaxation therapy and how to relax in a variety of ways. We are all looking forward to the next session.
This week Chris from Food Net made a delicious pasta bake with the Cook and Taste group, the POD was filled with the delicious aroma of cheese, tomatoes and lots of delicious vegetables, next week the group are making home made pizza – yum yum!
