We had the first heavy snowfall of the year today, schools asked parents and carers to collect children at lunch time as weather conditions deteriorated.
Temperatures dropped to minus 3 and everyone scurried to get home to get warm and get out of the swirling snow that formed gentle drifts in the grounds of the POD and the surrounding streets.
We hope that it will all be clear by Monday!
