Congratulations to our couch to 5k running group and their big achievement with completing the 5k color run last Saturday.
Noran- “today our marvellous POD Plodders who commenced the Birmingham Couch to 5K in January completed a 5K Colour Run at the NEC. We had a fabulous time and successfully completed the run, multi coloured and elated at our achievement. Thanks to everyone who sponsored us and to Dean for his magnificent training!”
