The British Red Cross First Aid Course is well underway here at the POD, there are sixteen Nechells residents all undertaking a six week course that will lead to a certificate in First Aid. This week concentrated on applying bandages and slings to injuries and strains. The course is both fun and informative and has had very positive feedback from everyone attending the programme.
