Creative and Meaningful Curriculum

The schools in Nechells+ Education Action Zone aim to create a cohesive, meaningful curriculum that gives children and young people a purpose and an audience and that develops their skills of enquiry, independence and collaboration.

To provide a framework for the rigour that is needed to raise or maintain high standards in literacy and numeracy. The Education Action is developing a curriculum that teaches students how to learn and gives them opportunities to make a real difference in their own lives and those of others.

Objectives:
