Work starts on the new extension at the POD
Work on the new POD extension started today, we are all really excited about the new space and will keep you updated on the work as it progresses.
It seems a long time since we placed our bid for the funding, waited for planning permission to be granted and the tendering process to be completed but work has finally started on the new build and the outside play area. The work should be completed in time for our Summer holiday activities in July 2010.
The first step was to remove and store all the fencing so that it can be replaced when the building work is completed.

The Nechells Neighbourhood meetings have a new set of dates for 2012, the group gives residents from the Nechells area the opportunity to receive updates from the local police and raise any concerns that they have about their community.
